Jenny Hoitt has 20 years of professional experience working in Graphic Design and Home Textiles. In 2018, she set out on a path to rediscover her personal style and express herself as an artist and designer, which led to the creation of Jenny Hoitt, her eponymous brand, and the launch of a line of refined, pattern-centric stationery and collectible greeting cards.
Drawing inspiration from organic forms and vibrant color combinations, she juxtaposes hand-drawn motifs with digital elements, layering delicate marks over bold shapes. The brand tells stories of exotic travel, evoking a mood of heightened sensibility. Environmentally-friendly risograph printing was chosen for her first collection as it can achieve the vivid colors and hand-made look required.
